Zachary Levi stars in the survival thriller "Not Without Hope", which had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 9, 2023.
The film is based on the true story of Nick Schuyler, who survived a horrific boating accident in 2009 that killed three of his friends. Levi plays Schuyler, who is stranded at sea with two other survivors, Will Bleakley (Marshall Cook) and Marquis Cooper (Quentin Plair).
The film is directed by Joe Carnahan, who is known for his action films such as "The A-Team" and "Smokin' Aces". Carnahan also wrote the screenplay with Jere Longman, who adapted the story from Schuyler's memoir of the same name.
